We prioritise safety

Our employees have a right to a healthy and safe working environment. Even one accident is too many, which is why occupational safety is an important aspect of our daily operations and leadership style. We take occupational safety guidelines seriously, run refresher courses at regular intervals and keep a keen eye on any hazards involved in our work.

We run campaigns to improve occupational safety and reward our staff for reporting hazards through our incentive scheme. All new hires undergo intensive occupational safety training, and all employees are expected to have an up-to-date Occupational Safety Card. Our goal is for everyone to leave work in full health at the end of the day.

We support our staff’s well-being and mental health

Reducing our consumption of raw materials and energy, investing in environmental competence, promoting recycling and minimizing our environmental impact are important elements of our environmental responsibility.

Senop minimizes environmental impacts and develops its operations in accordance with the ISO 14001 standard. We are committed to the Science Based Targets initiative and set emission reduction targets for 2030. We promote a circular economy, energy efficiency and the responsible use of materials.

We are committed to high business ethics throughout our value chain. We manage risk at all levels of our operations to ensure that our products and services are safe for end users.

We require responsible practices from all our stakeholders. We investigate the background of our business partners and actively monitor their operations. Internal and external audits also help us continuously improve our practices.

We use the SpeakUp whistleblowing channel, through which employees and stakeholders can confidentially report suspicions of misconduct or ethical violations.
