Procurement
Life-cycle services should be considered right from the product procurement phase. For example, the desired lifespan and ILS plan of the product are defined at this phase. The main goal is to ensure cost-efficient reliability and performance throughout the product life-cycle.

Delivery
When needed, we customize the product to meet all customer requirements. In order to ensure full product performance, products undergo a thorough testing phase before delivery to the customer. However, our services do not end at the point of delivery – we are our customers’ partner throughout the product life-cycle.

Maintenance and upkeep
Together with our customer, we design a practical support model that spans the entire product lifespan. Services include maintenance, training, knowledge transfer, spare part management and obsolescence management. The support model ensures optimal product performance and usability throughout the life-cycle. Maintenance and upkeep measures are taken according to a mutually defined model that meets the customer’s requirements.

Mid-Life Upgrade (MLU)
Technology improves constantly and it is important to keep up with the evolution. In Senop’s products, the ability to utilize the latest technologies and performance improvements has been taken into account already during product planning. With a mid-life upgrade, product performance gets a significant boost as the product is upgraded to meet the up-to-date requirements. A mid-life upgrade is often a cost-efficient option to improve performance and extend product lifespan.

Decommissioning
We process decommissioned products responsibly both with regard to information security and environmental issues. During decommissioning, any possible data in the products is carefully erased and the materials are recycled.
