Delivery

We customize our communication solutions to meet all customer requirements. Our services do not end at the point of delivery – we are our customers’ partner throughout the product lifecycle.

Maintenance 

Our services include maintenance, programming, parametrization and training to ensure optimal product performance and usability throughout the lifecycle. Maintenance and service measures are taken according to a mutually defined model that meets the customer’s requirements.

Decommissioning

We process decommissioned products responsibly both with regard to information security and environmental issues. The decommissioning process includes wiping the device’s parameters and other information. If the device cannot be wiped, the device’s memory will be physically destroyed to ensure that information is unreadable. A certification of the device’s decommissioning is available for an additional fee.
